Following their 2020 double 12" on L.I.E.S. which marked a renewed phase for David & Martin after years of inactivity, first signaled by 2018’s The Box Man EP on BITE - TESTE now re-emerge with a new chapter.ERASED FROM MEMORY • is a brand-new 4-track EP developed between 2023 and 2026, continuing TESTE’s exploration of sharp, unconventional sound design, suspended between chaos and decadence, constantly shifting throughout the record.The visual direction features a significant contribution from the late Juan Mendez // Silent Servant through his SILENT EDITIONS imprint. He conceived the visual concept, new brand identity, cover artwork, and fanzine layout, incorporating archival TESTE materials with the socio-cultural intensity that defined his vision. Juan began working on the project in the summer of 2023 and completed both the cover and the zine before his passing in January 2024.This release is dedicated to TESTE and their three decades of legacy and to Juan Mendez, one of our greatest heroes.

His early years were shaped by the raw energy of warehouse parties and the percussive, minimalist pulse that defines so much of the city’s club culture. From his first sets, NWHR embraced the ethos of techno as a communal, immersive experience, creating beats as rituals. Over time his productions matured, moving beyond minimalism into deeper, more expansive territory while still retaining an edgy underground character. He draws influence from the industrial and mechanical textures of Detroit and Berlin, yet maintaining a sense of rhythm and urgency.As a producer, NWHR has released tracks for several labels, steadily building a reputation for hypnotic patterns that invite the listener into a darker sonic world. His trajectory is emblematic of many Argentine artists who have taken the energy of South American techno and translated it into a global context—uncompromising, dance-floor-driven, and deeply rooted in underground club culture.
