Vinyl
Vinyl is used but in excellent condition (VG+) - sleeve has a bit of wear around the edges (VG). This release - associated to Source Direct - has become a very desirable collectors item in recent months and years. Great stuff!
Part of the "Formation Countries Series" that accompanied the World Cup 1998. Used copy with some minor surface wear, but still VG+
Great jungle on Joker Records original from 1995. Note that side A has a ugly looking surface mark, however it's really not audible, the sound is great and deserves a VG+ imo.
First EP on Force Inc. by Bolz-Bolz and Rootpowder as Car & Driver. Original from 1992. Used copy in excellent condition!
Release by Sal Mineo on the Industrial Strength sub-label Bastard Loud from 1997 in excellent condition!
Good release on Bastard Loud, but unfortunately not in very good condition. Plays without skipping (on my turntable) but has significant scratches and surface noise.
PRE-SALE of Praxis 60 - Nomex: Paroxism EP. Noise artist and film maker Paul Kidd aka Nomex was behind some iconic experimental releases of the 90s, mainly on his own Adverse label, exploring the nature of physical nature of noise and vinyl, his preferred medium. Several of his records explored and articulated this interaction, such as Adverse 1 (A Moment in Eternity/Language of Dissatisfaction) - a needle playing the label, Desiring E.P.2 (Adverse 3) - a drill used as turntable - and Are You Anything More Than Just A Product of Your Influence? (Adverse 12) - dual parallel groove cut on 16rpm and 78rpm. Other works veer into sound collage and beat destruction, such as The Bruitist Shaper, and Trocante Gramofony E.P. He also experimented with extreme noise frequencies at live gigs, some of which were documented on a series of CDRs on Adverse in 1997 (all of these have now been uploaded to our YouTube channel). Important to mention are also his collaborations with DJ Scud with the two classic 7"s Eurostar/Piling Machine and Total Destruction on the Maschinenbau label, both re-released by Praxis on one 12" in 2018. Ever since his 1999 release Trocante Gramofony EP (Praxis 33), there had been talk about doing a follow up and around 2010-2011 Nomex indeed worked on an album for Praxis, the material for which was finished, but not compiled at the time of his death in 2014. We compiled it as close as possible to what we think his intentions would have been and as to be expected it's a killer noise album! The Plan and the Pledge for the Vinyl The record will be pressed in a limited and numbered edition with a hand stamped label and sleeve as well as a 30x30cm cover graphic/poster inlay and postcard in an edition of 100-150 copies. Finer details of this may yet change/vary as we're figuring out the production cost and details. The image depicts the 30x30cm print insert. Details might slightly vary. A download code for digital tracks will be included. As you may remember we tried to get this project off the ground in 2024 but our fundraising efforts were not successful enough, and pre-sales were extremely poor. The record was pre-mastered but not pressed. We're now giving it another push. The digital album is released in June 2026 with the vinyl to follow soon after. IF THE VINYL IS NOT PRODUCED IN A PHYSICAL FORM BY THE END OF THE YEAR (2026) WE WILL REFUND THE PREORDERS AND ABANDON THE VINYL PROJECT. Label info: Nicolás Mirón presents Hi-Tech Thoughts, his debut release on Echo Alpha Recordings. A record that draws inspiration from Detroit Techno, as well as New York Hip-Hop and MPC culture, reflected in the way he works with samples and programs chops on his AKAI MPC 2500. His production focuses on beat-making, pursuing a raw, hardware-driven sound rather than an overproduced one. Nico’s creative foundation is rooted in Black music in all its forms, from soul and jazz to electronic sounds, while also embracing the legacy of figures like Kraftwerk, and genres such as Italo Disco, and New Wave. His musical career began with his residency at Radio Relativa in 2022, with his program “Pa’ Riparla Benne”, a connection between skateboarding and music, as well as its evolution and close relationship with contemporary culture.

1999 pressing on 180g vinyl of the classic 1976 kraut-jazz album.
Orange transparent vinyl = original pressing from 1995. Used copy. Vinyl in great condition (VG+), blue Shockwave label sleeve a bit worn.
Second hand copy with a couple of bigger scratches. One is across most of Side A, but quite shallow and barely audible once the music starts, a bit of crackle in quiet parts. A short scratch at the beginning of B2 can be heard in the beginning for a few seconds. Neither makes the needle jump. So it's a fine playing copy.Collaboration with Hardliner from Czech Rep. and LFO Demon's Sprengstoff Recordings. Long deleted punk breakcore classic. 3 tracks by Unsane Virusez, aka Noize Punishment with MC Popular Warrior, plus a remix by Amboss!
