BY ACCESSING AND USING THE Praxis Records Shop WEB SITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND YOU ACCEPT OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
We may alter these Conditions at any time and your use of the whole/any part of the Website following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website. This site may include content that is unsuitable for anyone under the age of 18. By making any purchase you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
You should assume that everything you see and read on the Website is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided by the Conditions.
Any personal data you transmit to us by electronic mail or otherwise will be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and you accept our Privacy Policy.
PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy describes the collection and use of personal information on Praxis. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to the Praxis Shop.
We only collect personal information during the Checkout process should you place an order to purchase products on Praxis Shop website. This information is used to enable processing and fulfilment of your order. At no other time is any personally identifiable information is collected on Praxis
The only information collected during the Checkout process is typically customer, billing and shipping information, including customer name, e-mail address, mailing address. Praxis takes the privacy of its customers very seriously, and will only collect information in order to fulfil customer orders, provide information via our e-mail new release lists/newsletter or seek your feedback regarding our services.
We do not sell or share mailing lists or customer information with any other companies or individuals. Your customer information is also made available to Praxis who safeguard it according to their own privacy policies and may use it for their own internal marketing and/or promotional programs. Your customer information is not disclosed to any other third-parties whatsoever. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND PURCHASES ON OUR WEBSITE
By sending a purchase request in the “webshop” you are making a request for the purchase of the relevant product(s). The request becomes a binding order only after a valid payment has been sent to us using PayPal or other available options as payment method. You also confirm to us, at your own risk, a valid home address for the shipping. Until complete payment of the sales price has been effected, the delivered goods shall remain the property of Praxis. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and us until the items ordered have been received by you. At any time until this point we may cancel the sale for any reason. All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of these Conditions and fulfilment of any order for Products is subject to stock availability and acceptance by us of your order. We are under no obligation to fulfil any customer order. You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being dispatched by emailing us at info@praxis-records.net ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders are packed as well as possible to insure items will not get damaged during shipping. We are using heavyweight cardboard mailers that are well taped. Packages are usually shipped via normal post with full tracking.
Tracking codes are communicated to you as soon as they are available, but it can take a few days to show up on the websites.
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, but are happy to work out a solution that works for us and you as a customer.
RETURN POLICY
We give a full right to return in the sense of the German FernAbsG. Please note that for media carriers, this ONLY includes fully unopened and unplayed copies, whether factory sealed or not. The buyer pays the immediate shipping costs for returns.
Damaged or defective goods: in the unlikely event that you receive products which are damaged or defective, we shall, at our own option, either replace or refund any damaged or defective products (including the postage and packing you were charged). You must notify us of the problem via email / through the contact form and, after our reply, returning the products in the same condition that you received them (and the same type of packing).
We are going to send you the replacement products according to the availability of our warehouse ad ONLY AFTER receiving the returned items. If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part, you will be completely refunded, or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer (subject to availability of the ordered item).
If YOU communicate your address to us wrong or incomplete and do not notify us before the order is sent, we cannot refund the postage costs. If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us.
