The sunnk /// tusk mite split was born from a jam we had back in winter 2017, where we pushed stems of WIP tracks through a live controllable granular setup. This recording was then dredged for useful sounds, which were teased out of the original recordings and painstakingly crafted into usable samples. This is the core and soul of the split. Everything you hear right now is crafted from those samples. The tracks themselves were pieced together in Renoise.
