Label info: After spending his youth in Gran Canaria, southern Spain, Artik sank himself into the cold industrial atmosphere of Berlin. Unsettling ambience and hammering percussion break up the rhythms that define Artik as an artist. The Robots At Dawn is a choice selection of 5 tracks inspired the Asimov book of the same title. Futuristic and rough, the EP opens with an ambient sleeperhold, onward through 3 pure dancefloor cuts, and closing with a necksnap funk distort vocal track. All designed by a sound engineer and lover of the purist electronic music, to make you writhe in rhythm with our machine planet.
